Property Rentals – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vefu Property Rentals! These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking platform, and rental services. By accessing or booking a property through our platform, you agree to follow the policies below.

1. Booking & Payments

• All reservations require a valid ID and full/partial advance payment to confirm the booking.
• Payments made through our platform are secure and non-transferable to third parties.
• Any outstanding balance must be cleared before check-in.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund (excluding processing fees).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur partial or no refund, depending on the property’s individual policy.
• No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and avoiding damage to the property.
• Any damage or missing items will be charged to the guest’s account.
• Noise levels must be kept at a minimum to respect neighbors and community rules.

4. Property Owner Obligations

• Property owners must ensure their rental spaces are clean, safe, and accurately listed.
• Any changes to amenities or pricing must be updated on the platform in advance.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be mentioned on each property listing. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

6. Security Deposit

Some properties may require a refundable security deposit. This amount will be returned within 7 business days after checkout if no damages are reported.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities, subletting, or using the property for commercial events without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Pets may only be allowed if stated in the property listing.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Vefu acts only as a platform connecting property owners and guests. We are not responsible for personal injuries, theft, or damages occurring during the stay. Guests and owners agree to release Vefu from any related claims.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
